West Chester's Improv Club is the go to place on campus to learn what Improv comedy is all about. Your experience level does not matter! Everyone is welcome to come and learn the basics of improvisation whether it's your first time on stage or you're a pro. "Open Improv" rehearsals are a stressfree, non-judgemental environment for anyone to come play some fun games and laugh the entire time. Check out Facebook for times, dates and locations!
How to Audition
Each semester Deep Dish Pizzazz holds auditions. They consist of playing a few games and speaking about a random topic for 30 secs.
Do not be nervous! It is the most laid back audition you will ever experience!

Considered the D-List celebrities of West Chester University, Improv Team Deep Dish Pizzazz consists of students from all areas of WCU life. Spanning almost every academic department and grade level, the cast members of this award nominated improv team perform all over the West Chester region at different events, socials, and competitions. Founded in the spring of 2013, the teams fan base has grown enormously and each show has been become the must-see event on campus. Deep Dish Pizzazz puts on 4 free shows a semester for the student body along with being hired across campus to perform at different events. Be sure to check out a show or hire us today!
